Yurina’s yoga practice is rooted in presence, simplicity, and care. Trained at Lotusland Yoga in San Francisco, she developed a teaching style grounded in mindful alignment, breath awareness, and accessible movement—inviting students to reconnect with their bodies exactly as they are.
Her classes are welcoming and thoughtfully paced, with an emphasis on listening to the body rather than pushing it. Whether working one-on-one or with small groups, Yurina creates a supportive environment that encourages consistency, curiosity, and self-trust in practice.
Class Style
Vinyasa Flow
This is a structured, intentional vinyasa class focused on steady movement, breath awareness, and clear alignment cues. Sequences are designed to build gradually—beginning with warm-up movements and sun salutations, progressing through standing poses, and offering opportunities to build strength and mobility as appropriate.
Classes are thoughtfully paced, with options provided throughout. Each session concludes with slower movement and rest to support recovery and balance. Music is used (as an option) to support rhythm and focus without overpowering the practice.
This class is well suited for students who enjoy mindful, engaging movement and a practice that feels both supportive and challenging without being rushed.
